About the role:

Are you a driven leader with a passion for retail? We’re looking for a dedicated Retail Assistant Manager to join our friendly petrol forecourt station team! As a hands-on leader, you’ll support the Store Manager and help drive the success of the store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the store.
  • Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets.
  • Lead and motivate the team to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Help maintain a clean and safe working environment.
