In this role, you will manage the full sales journey from first enquiry through to completed booking, engaging with customers across phone, email, social channels, and in person. You will proactively follow up leads, conduct viewings, and ensure all sales documentation and records are accurately maintained. Alongside this, you will support customer enquiries and contribute to delivering a high-quality, customer-focused service. You will also play a key role in building community and enhancing the resident experience by planning and delivering student events, gathering feedback, and supporting engagement initiatives. You will manage and grow social media channels by creating engaging digital content to promote the property and drive sales, while supporting open days, housing fairs, and day-to-day administrative activities. This role is 5 days a week on site with working hours of 10.30am – 7pm.
Essential Criteria
- Proven experience in a sales or customer service role with evidence of achieving targets or closing sales
- Experience managing leads and maintaining accurate records using digital systems or CRM tools
- Demonstrable experience using social media platforms (e.g. Instagram, TikTok) for content creation or business promotion
- Strong organisational skills with experience handling administrative tasks and documentation accurately
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Excel, Word, Outlook)
