About the Team
PfP Students are experts in providing facilities management solutions for university campus buildings and student accommodation. Our service focuses on partnership with clients and the student experience.
Role Overview
Reporting to the Hard Services Manager, the Maintenance Technician will work as part of the wider PfP Students team to ensure the provision of safe accommodation for occupiers in accordance with the client's requirements as set out in the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
Responsibilities
This role requires a skilled, responsible, and diligent individual to deliver planned and reactive maintenance. On a daily basis you will ensure the predicted preventive maintenance (PPM) programme and the life cycle replacement schedule are completed on time and in line with performance requirements. The role is based in South Kensington, White City, and Battersea and operates a 40βhour working week.
A basic DBS check is mandatory.

- Electrical / Mechanical experience
- HVAC experience
- Facilities maintenance experience
- A C&G Guild2391 qualification is desirable, though not essential
