The Role

The Receptionist is responsible for delivery of outstanding customer service, providing an exceptional meet & greet service as well as supporting Back of House functions such as parcel delivery and contractor liaising.

This role is based at SCCL Wakefield – WF1 5FY (22.5 hours per week with working patterns of) AM Shift: Mon – Fri: 8am – 12:30pm.

The post-holder must maintain good contacts within the Group and internal departments and share information to assist in the provision of an effective and high quality service.

Each team member is willing to learn about other roles within the team and assist each other with workload. We are constantly looking at ways to improve our service and suggestions for improvement are welcomed.

More About You

A ‘can do\’ attitude and good attention to detail are required. The role will require high levels of customer service with efficient and effective planning. It is important to be able to have a direct, calm and professional manner.

The Successful Candidate Will Have

  • Experience in a similar role (Receptionist or customer service experience),
  • Worked within the property industry,
  • Worked with IT packages such as MS Word, Excel,
  • Excellent communication skills.
