Places for People is recruiting a Maintenance Engineer Plumber to support the upkeep of student accommodation sites.
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and respond to reactive plumbing issues, ensuring all work is performed to safety, quality and service standards.
The successful candidate will have NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing & Heating and experience in maintenance plumbing (commercial/FM preferred); a DBS check is mandatory.
