We are recruiting a Customer Service Advisor on a permanent basis. The role includes delivering outstanding customer service, providing an exceptional meet & greet service, supporting back‑of‑house functions such as parcel delivery and contractor liaising, and assisting with organising events. The position is based on site five days a week at Brunswick House, 87 Newmarket Road, Cambridge, CB5 8EN with working hours of 9:00 – 17:30 on a rota basis. Each team member is encouraged to learn about other roles within the team and assist with workload. We constantly seek to improve our service and welcome suggestions for improvement.
We are committed to a safe working environment, so a basic DBS check is mandatory.
A ‘can do’ attitude and good attention to detail are required. The role demands high levels of customer service, efficient and effective planning, and the ability to maintain a direct, calm and professional manner.
- Experience in a similar role (Receptionist or customer service experience)
- Worked within the property industry
- Experience with IT packages such as MS Word and Excel
- Excellent communication skills
