We’re looking for a driven and hands-on Online Marketer to join our global marketing team, with a strong focus on the UK market. This is a unique hybrid role combining performance marketing and local execution. You’ll be responsible for generating high-quality leads through digital channels while supporting UK campaigns, events, and commercial initiatives.
You’ll report directly to our global marketing lead and act as the key marketing partner for the UK business. You will play a pivotal role in making our performance marketing ready for global scaling and constantly seeking out the opportunity to integrate AI into our marketing strategy.
Performance Marketing- Drive lead generation and continuously improve conversion performance
- Test, learn, and scale campaigns based on data
- Constantly monitor AI tooling and opportunities to improve our performance
- Coordinate local events and initiatives
- Create and optimise content for ads, landing pages, and email campaigns
- Track and analyse campaign performance
- Turn data into actionable insights
3–5 years’ experience in online marketing (B2B or SaaS preferred). Proven track record in performance marketing and lead generation. Strong analytical mindset and data-driven approach. Strong interest & experience with AI and automation to improve marketing performance.
