As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a technically minded Project Manager who thrives in exciting fast-paced environments and enjoys balancing technical expertise with customer engagement.
This is a hands-on role for someone who is equally comfortable discussing network infrastructure with engineers as they are building trusted relationships with clients.
The Role
You’ll take ownership of the full project lifecycle, managing multiple technical projects across CCTV, networking, IoT and smart infrastructure environments. From initial planning and coordination through to installation, testing and final handover, you’ll play a key role in ensuring successful delivery across every stage.
You’ll also act as a technical point of contact for clients, helping translate requirements into practical solutions while maintaining strong internal and external communication throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end to end delivery of technical and infrastructure projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting and resource coordination
- Work closely with field engineers, software teams and operations to ensure smooth project execution
- Lead technical discussions with clients and provide clear, solution focused communication throughout delivery
- Coordinate installations, testing and commissioning activities to ensure projects are completed to specification
- Identify and resolve technical or operational issues quickly and effectively
- Maintain accurate project documentation, reporting and technical records
- Ensure compliance with PFM quality standards, security requirements and client expectations
- Support continuous improvement by contributing to better project processes, documentation and delivery practices
- Manage relationships with contractors, suppliers and third-party service providers
About You
We’re looking for someone who combines technical understanding with excellent organisation and communication skills. You’ll be comfortable managing multiple projects at once and confident working across both technical and customer facing environments.
You’ll ideally have:
- Proven experience managing technical or infrastructure projects
- Experience within CCTV, networking, IoT, access control or related environments
- A strong understanding of network design, system integration and field deployment principles
- The ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide guidance across concurrent projects
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- A proactive and solutions focused mindset
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Experience working with contractors and external suppliers
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to customer sites when required
