We’re looking for a driven and hands-on Online Marketer to join our global marketing team, with a strong focus on the UK market. This is a unique hybrid role combining performance marketing and local execution. You’ll be responsible for generating high-quality leads through digital channels while supporting UK campaigns, events, and commercial initiatives. You’ll report directly to our global marketing lead and act as the key marketing partner for the UK business. You will play a pivotal role in making our performance marketing ready for global scaling and constantly seeking out the opportunity to integrate AI into our Marketing strategy.
What You’ll Do
- Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Display, Bing)
- Drive lead generation and continuously improve conversion performance
- Test, learn, and scale campaigns based on data
- Constantly monitor AI tooling and opportunities to improve our performance
- Local Marketing
- Support UK campaigns in collaboration with Sales
- Coordinate local events and initiatives
