What You’ll Do

As a Data Manager at PFM, you’ll play a vital role in managing and maintaining high-quality data for clients around the world. From handling advanced sensor configurations to resolving support tickets, you’ll be right in the action. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Sensor Management: Install, validate, and upgrade sensors to ensure accurate and reliable data
  • Toolbox Oversight: Manage data repairs, create new client sites, configure exports
  • Helpdesk Collaboration: Resolve data and sensor-related queries, address offline notifications, and assist support teams
  • Other Duties: Retrieve / scrape data and support client-specific tasks and issue lists

Job Type: Full-time | Based in Redditch

Schedule: Day shift - 9 till 5:30 pm Monday to Friday
