RESPONSIBILITIES

• Partner with MCD leadership & colleagues to ensure the samples management service catalog is delivered upon, incl. demand forecasting, catalog setup and ordering, allocation setup & management, training, operational oversight, vendor management, & inventory, reporting & compliance monitoring with focus on sampling EU markets & provide expertise to MCD colleagues/other sampling markets outside of the EU
• Ensure operations enables compliant sample distribution aligned to Policy, external regulations, local SOPs & Work Instructions & Commercial strategy
• Drive centralization of enabling sampling activities with the GOSC
• Drive sampling platform enhancements & remediation to ensure commercial sampling strategies are efficiently & compliantly executed

QUALIFICATIONS

• BA/BS Required
• Demonstrable expert knowledge & experience in pharmaceutical functions like marketing/operations, or comparable
• Extensive experience with sample management
• Global/Regional experience with different markets

Location: Hybrid (Walton Oaks)
