This role blends business engagement with technical execution, enabling Pfizer to accelerate delivery, reduce complexity, and create measurable value.

Operating at the intersection of business priorities, technical design, and product delivery, Product Lead advances concepts into validated solutions, leads iterative development of the product and scale across the enterprise.

The role has responsibility for managing stakeholder relationships, shaping product strategies, and ensuring solutions meet both technical rigor and customer needs.

The role focuses on hands-on product leadership—establishing clear product vision, strategy, and roadmaps, and ensuring that solutions are built, tested, and refined efficiently.

You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to align priorities, gather feedback, and adapt solutions to maximize business value, all while fostering a culture of creativity, experimentation, and continuous improvement.

  • Establish and manage a lean product roadmap focused on delivering high-impact features with minimal viable scope, while maintaining flexibility to pivot based on insights.
  • Drive agile ceremonies and sprint planning with a focus on short cycles, fast feedback loops, and continuous improvement.
  • Champion a culture of experimentation, encouraging A/B testing, user research, and analytics to inform product decisions.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable and extensible, laying the groundwork for future enhancements while meeting immediate business needs.
  • Lead the creation of user stories, solution designs, and wireframes that reflect user-centric design principles and solve real-world problems.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations by clearly communicating trade-offs, timelines, and outcomes of solution launches.
  • Foster a team environment that embraces ambiguity, adapts quickly to change, and thrives on delivering tangible results in compressed timeframes.
