Join our dynamic International Data Strategy & Management team. We are dedicated to driving data strategy, analytics excellence, agentic and innovation across international markets. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a highly experienced CFC (Customer Facing Colleagues) Performance Analytics & AI Product Owner to lead the advancements of our CFC Performance Measurement Solutions.

Role Summary: As the CFC Performance Analytics & AI Product Owner, you will report to the International Data Strategy Lead and you will be an integral member of the International Data Strategy LT. The role aims to utilize the power of data to create robust Analytics & AI products for sales colleagues reporting across international. You will play a crucial part in outlining and delivering the vision for Analytics & AI that allows sales colleagues and leadership to leverage data & insights in an intuitive, simple, and streamlined manner.

In this role you will be responsible for managing the product roadmap for key CFC performance Analytics solutions including Agentic AI that enable our Customer Facing Colleagues and leadership to utilize data in their daily activities, leading to meaningful engagements, improved decision-making, and better business outcomes. You will closely collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop a roadmap and efficiently bring solutions from concept to market. You will work closely with Digital, GCA and other CMO partners to deliver on product features & enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborates with cross-functional partners to co-create a roadmap and drive product’s features from concept to launch in a fast-paced environment.
  • Works in an Agile environment and continuously reviews the business needs, refines priorities, outlines milestones and deliverables, and identifies opportunities and risks.
  • Develops, owns, and executes product roadmap and leads the product UI designs, including but not limited to sketching, wireframing.
  • Innovates by bringing Agentic AI to augment existing analytics solutions and enable conversations with data & insights.
  • Partners with Pfizer Digital in the technical development of the product functionalities and features according to roadmap and backlog priorities.
  • Develops and maintains appropriate tracking and reporting of product performance & adoption post-launch to evaluate future investment.
  • Collaborates with subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop engaging and effective training materials.
  • Defines and prioritizes the product backlog, ensuring that the team is working on the most valuable features and change requests.
  • Defines and owns the communication plan to deliver effective communication to cross-functional Commercial stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) required. Masters (or equivalent) preferred in data & analytics discipline.
  • Strong experience in Biopharma, analytics, strategic consulting, business, or related area.
  • Strong data domain expertise in CRM- VEEVA, Ex-factory Sales- SAP, In-Market Sales- IQVIA, GERS, Distributor Sales, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics (HCP Portals).
  • Good understanding of Reporting tools such as Microstrategy, Tableau or Power BI.
  • Awareness and willingness to learn Agentic AI and its use to evolve analytics solutions & streamline proliferation of ad hoc reporting solutions.
  • Strong understanding of pharma commercial analytics and commercial operations.
  • Proven track record of tracking & measuring CFC performance.
  • Experience leading functional areas and leading innovation/transformation.
  • Demonstrated success in a highly fast-paced setting and analytical capabilities and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to influence without authority, setting business direction, priorities, and action plans.
  • Strong product management and organizational skills with cross-functional teams of diverse colleagues.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Strong skills to develop flexible, adaptable reporting/analytics solutions as products that synthesize and tell “the story” to commercial leadership and scale across markets.
  • Proven skills to drive operational excellence to drive simplification, efficiency, and innovation through our operational processes.
  • Ability to be flexible, prioritize multiple demands, deal with ambiguity, and lead teams through complex and challenging cross-functional projects.

Work Schedule and Travel:
