The International Commercial Office will establish a commercial operating model for Brepocitinib, a TYK2/JAK1 inhibitor. Our initial indication (pending regulatory approval) is focused on dermatomyositis, a rare chronic systemic autoimmune disease characterized by muscle weakness and skin rashes.

The International Launch Lead position is critical to enabling a successful international launch and sustained growth of Brepocitinib, to drive a best in class launch for a drug that has the potential to bring meaningful difference to patients currently lacking adequate therapy. Brepocitinib is a priority brand within the ICO portfolio with significant opportunity to drive impact for patients and sustainable growth for Pfizer. As Pfizer has the ex-US and ex-Japan rights, ICO will lead the end-to-end launch of Brepo across all International markets.

This is a critical role leading the overarching International Launch plan and being the key contact for countries on launch planning and the execution of their launch plans.

  • Lead on forecasting for the initial DM indication, as well as taking the lead on building out the forecasting for the further indications for the brand to come.
  • Commercially responsible person for demand planning and supply, in partnership with the x-functional team, led by PGS.
  • Work with the Commercial Lead on Lifecycle management initiatives involving the further indications for the brand.
  • Budget owner for the International Brepo team.
  • Lead on making the Brepo launch truly driven by AI, to drive accelerating uptake and performance of the brand.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and manage the international cross-functional team to develop/maintain the operational launch plan in alignment with brand strategy and continuously track launch readiness milestones throughout the launch planning journey.
  • Project manage the detailed launch plan.
  • Identify cross-functional interdependencies.
  • Escalate and resolve critical issues impacting organizational readiness.
  • Pressure-test key launch assumptions against plan.
  • Establish team’s ways of working, including integration with local teams.
  • Work with local launch leads to build local, market-level launch plans aligned to brand strategy.
  • Ensure local adherence to International launch operations standards.
  • Support teams in the identification of risks and opportunities; Support execution of opportunities and mitigation of escalated risks.
  • Partner with IIS to ensure accurate forecasting of both the DM indication and the subsequent ones to come.
  • Lead the x-functional team in demand planning and in ensuring that all aspects of supply preparation are in place to ensure a successful launch.
  • Provide senior leadership with regular updates on operational readiness for the asset to ensure rapid response to emerging issues/opportunities.
  • Drive Launch Performance Optimization.
  • Drive launch performance optimization through development of launch KPI dashboards in partnership with BAI.
  • Establish team’s performance management approach, including reports up to senior leadership.
  • Collect and share launch insights across local markets.
  • Orchestrate Resource Planning for the Asset.
  • Support the OP process for the cross functional global team to ensure optimal resource plans and allocation.
  • Align and coordinate OPEX requests with local markets in alignment with ELA standards.
  • Partner with Commercial Lead to build LCM strategy for further Brepo indications.
  • Lead x-functional team in applying AI to all aspects of the launch, to drive earlier brand adoption and increased revenue.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Significant experience in Regional/Global Marketing Teams with demonstrated capability of working across countries and cultures.
  • Demonstrated successful track record in managing virtual teams and matrix.
  • Extensive experience of Marketing.
  • Broad knowledge and experience of the relevant healthcare and pharmaceutical environment.
  • Commercial/portfolio management experience, including accountability for revenues/operating expenses (P&L), asset allocation, value and cost driver decisions.
  • Exceptional ability to manage varying priorities and stakeholders.
  • Senior Level executive presence and emotional intelligence, with a track record of influencing beyond direct areas of accountability.
  • AI Fluency: Proficient in leveraging artificial intelligence tools and technologies to drive commercial insights, optimize decision-making, and support innovation.
  • Able to navigate emerging AI trends and integrate them effectively into strategic business processes and execution.

Work location assignment: Hybrid (some office presence is required).
