Qualification Requirements

  • 5 GCSEs at grades C/4 or above (or equivalent) including mathematics and English.
  • Minimum of 96 UCAS points from a minimum of 2 A Level subjects or equivalent.

  • Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 9am–5.25pm; Fridays, 9am–4.05pm

Job Description

The Regulatory International Operations organization spans over ten Pfizer offices in more than seven time zones. Each year the group supports approximately 40,000 submissions to 175 countries. The Global Registrations & Renewal Support (GRRS) team is a group of operational experts under Regulatory International Operations.

The GRRS team focuses on continuous improvement, project and change management. They specialise in sourcing regulatory certificates and samples for emerging‑market submissions, and continuously redesign existing processes. They also perform cross‑functional issue remediation and lead global projects. Regulatory Operations act as key stakeholders in innovation, design and implementation of new technical solutions, process designs and deployment across global teams.

Job Responsibilities

  • Work in a busy, diverse regulatory environment, developing critical business skills and contributing as a valued multidisciplinary team member.
  • Day‑to‑day delivery of regulatory certificates and product samples, working closely with senior leaders.
  • Contribute to and manage global projects that drive growth, improve business processes, and consolidate Pfizer’s position.
  • Partner with internal and external colleagues to support operation and evaluation of existing processes, driving continuous improvement.
  • Support business analysis and project management efforts for a broad variety of global initiatives.
  • Issue resolution and escalation for assigned projects.
  • Recognise and analyse potential issues and provide systematic solutions given practical constraints.
  • Develop business solutions through influential partnerships with internal and external colleagues.
  • Act as key contributor within process development, decision‑making and change management in regulatory operations.
  • Support cross‑functional global teams as appropriate.
  • Develop and maintain documented procedures and guidelines.
  • Support recruitment of undergraduates and/or apprentices.

Candidate Requirements

  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both alone and in a close‑knit team.
  • Problem‑solving: question, analyse and propose innovative solutions.
  • Excellent planning and organization skills, including time‑management and multi‑tasking.
  • Technically competent in Microsoft Office – proficiency in Excel preferred.
