BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Strong product management experience, with a strong emphasis on end-to-end solution delivery, agile methodologies, and iterative development.
- Proven success in launching digital products and iterating based on user feedback and performance metrics.
- Deep understanding of lean product development, agile methodologies, and user-centered design.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable product decisions.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or Master’s degree in strategy, innovation, or related field.
- Certification in Agile, Scrum, or Lean Startup methodologies.
- Background in healthcare, pharma, or regulated industries with experience navigating compliance in digital product delivery.
