This Performance Reporting and Insights role is responsible for building and leading performance tracking 5+ years of hands‑on coding experience in Python, R, SAS, SQL or other data analytics tools Deep experience in data and analytics, and reporting in the pharma industry; experienced in finance, accounting, and forecasting Hands‑on experience with data visualization and different visual analytics platforms and dashboards (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, MicroStrategy) Exceptional experience communicating data visually to non‑technical senior‑level audiences Deep experience with internal and external datasets, metrics and KPIs in pharma industry Broad knowledge in R
