Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the Targets and Mechanisms Solutions program within Pfizer's R&D Discovery, Pre-Clinical, and Translational Solutions team. You will define the vision for digital targets and mechanisms capabilities, oversee global teams, and drive AI-enabled innovation across research platforms. You will shape ecosystem architecture and data-driven workflows that accelerate target identification and translational insights. - Deliver ecosystem architecture, analytics, and data management to design and deploy scalable, sustainable solutions for target identification and modulation Define and execute the vision and roadmap for digital Targets and Mechanisms capabilities, with emphasis on AI innovation Define and own modular, interoperable ecosystem architecture across systems and data products Lead strategic planning, vendor framework, and governance for high-impact partnerships Launch and scale AI programs to embed AI in core workflows and enable process mining for continuous improvement Oversee global program delivery, including business case development, KPIs, and financial management Ensure GxP compliance and audit readiness of solutions in regulated environments Mentor and develop leaders, fostering a culture of innovation and learning Cultivate cross-functional collaboration to align digital strategy with research needs Identify external solutions and best practices through pre-competitive and external partnerships Tasks Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline 12+ years life sciences experience, with leadership in platforms and large-scale systems 10+ years in a leadership capacity in a matrix global organization Proven experience delivering technology solutions in pharmaceutical/regulatory environments Strong track record in people management, talent development, and succession planning Experience with data-centric leadership and large-scale omics/clinical data programs Proven experience leading product management with strategy, execution, and cross-functional alignment Ability to influence senior leadership and drive strategic alignment Key requirements bonus target of 25% of base salary 401(k) with Pfizer Matching Contributions Pfizer Retirement Savings Contribution paid vacation, holidays and personal days paid caregiver/parental and medical leave comprehensive health benefits (medical, prescription, dental, vision)
