Your Role and Responsibilities
As a member of the GP3 team, you will engage in a variety of projects, operations, and communications throughout your placement. Here's what you can expect:
- Project Management: Track deliverables and manage projects through their life-cycle.
- Project Communications: Develop and manage project impact videos, oversee the GP3 website, and craft impactful project messages.
- Project Audit and Reporting: Contribute to reporting activities to support internal and external audit requirements for the European Commission.
- Additional Tasks: Assist with special projects, day-to-day team support, and participate in external meetings.
Throughout your year, you will develop essential skills in project management, communication, and operations, while also having the chance to collaborate with other pharmaceutical companies and the European Commission. Some overseas travel may be involved!

Placement Details
Placements will commence in September and will last for 12 months.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for individuals who are:
- Completing a placement as part of their University Degree (Year in Industry/Industrial Placement or Gap Year)
- Proactive, passionate, and organized, with strong multitasking abilities
- Possessing a scientific background to better understand project requirements
- AI literate and focused on delivering results
