Job Summary
In this role, you will:
- Design, analyze, and interpret clinical trials and observational studies while adhering to regulatory requirements and Pfizer standards.
- Provide scientifically rigorous statistical expertise for: Clinical development projects and publications; Regulatory and Health Technology Assessment (HTA) submissions; Maximizing the value of aggregate clinical and real-world data.
- Offer study-level statistical counsel and communicate resource needs effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver statistical expertise on study design, analysis plans, and interpretation of results.
- Plan and communicate statistical analyses, data presentations, and scientific reports.
- Ensure timeliness and quality of statistical deliverables for assigned projects.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams, including clinical teams and regulatory bodies.
- Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and Pfizer standards.
- Engage in research on statistical methodologies relevant to Pfizer's needs.
Qualifications & Skills
- Advanced degree in statistics, biostatistics, or a related field.
- Experience in clinical trials and real-world data analysis.
- Strong leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Working Conditions
You will report to the Statistics Group Lead or Head of Statistics, collaborating with a dynamic team dedicated to excellence. Your role may involve supervising other statisticians, depending on your career level.
