We are currently looking for a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner who shares our commitment to excellence, quality, and child-centred care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework
- Create and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities to support children's development
- Observe, assess, and document children's progress, ensuring individual needs are met
- Foster strong partnerships with parents/carers and colleagues to support each child's well-being
- Maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
- Contribute to the Outstanding practice and uphold the nursery's values, ethos, and standards
- Support the safeguarding, health, and well-being of all children in your care
Requirements:
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare (e.g., CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent)
- Previous experience working in a nursery or early years environment
- Strong understanding of the EYFS and child development
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and observation skills
- A nurturing, positive, and proactive approach
- Commitment to delivering Outstanding practice
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
