We are currently looking for a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner who shares our commitment to excellence, quality, and child-centred care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care and learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework
  • Create and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities to support children's development
  • Observe, assess, and document children's progress, ensuring individual needs are met
  • Foster strong partnerships with parents/carers and colleagues to support each child's well-being
  • Maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
  • Contribute to the Outstanding practice and uphold the nursery's values, ethos, and standards
  • Support the safeguarding, health, and well-being of all children in your care

Requirements:

  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare (e.g., CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent)
  • Previous experience working in a nursery or early years environment
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS and child development
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and observation skills
  • A nurturing, positive, and proactive approach
  • Commitment to delivering Outstanding practice
  • Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
