We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join our nursing home team. You will work in a supportive, multidisciplinary environment, providing person-centred care to adults with mental health diagnoses and/or personality disorders. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on residents' lives while advancing your nursing career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver safe, high-quality mental health care in line with NMC standards.
  • Assess, plan, and implement personalised care plans in collaboration with residents and their families/carers.
  • Monitor and evaluate residents' progress, adjusting care plans as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with active NMC registration.
  • A Minimum of 12 months post-registration experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of NMC guidelines and commitment to professional development.
