Your role:
- A team player within PFISTERER CSU UK LTD to ensure customer satisfaction and support retention, growth and create demand for our product groups.
- Commercial support to Internal Sales Manager and the External Sales Managers.
- Creation and management of key quotations, framework agreements and price lists.
- The preparation of product costing, pricing and documentation to support the process of DNO framework and major project bid submission.
- The handling and management of contract documentation.
- To provide support and engage in the monthly sales forecast process.
- To provide the relevant data to support regular customer contract review meetings which you may be asked to attend.
- Provision of Post Sales Project Management, managing and monitoring the complete cycle of the sales order, from order acknowledgement to final delivery.
- Travel expectations: on-site and to other units expected bi-monthly.
Your profile:
- Supporting the sales team by assisting/producing quotations for products that are cable related.
- We have multiple market channels consisting of UK Distributors, Network Operators, OEMs and contracting companies etc.
- The role will require effective communication within the UK Sales Team to ensure we follow the enquiry from RFQ to order placement and installation.

- A confident, self-driven team player with a proactive approach to collaboration.
- Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and effectively manage expectations.
- Exceptional communication skills paired with strong organisational capabilities.
- Comfortable adapting to dynamic and evolving environments.
- Demonstrates strong problem-solving aptitude and excellent analytical thinking.
- Prior experience with cable accessories is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including MS Project.
- Capable of working under pressure, resolving issues swiftly and efficiently.
