They have worked with a number of established clients, in both the commercial and social housing sector They are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join a small close knit commercial team. The role offers a direct and achievable route to Commercial Management. As the Quantity Surveyor, your duties will include: Reviewing project costs for accuracy and addressing any discrepancies. Evaluating, pricing, negotiating, and finalising budgets and costs for project scope changes Developing and maintaining procurement schedules. Preparing bills of quantities and schedules of works to facilitate accurate project pricing. Requirements: Experience of working within the Mechanical and Electrical sector Degree qualified in quantity surveying/or similar (HNC, etc) (Desirable) Strong analytical and communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
