PFC Careers are delighted to be working with one of Scotlands most prominent internals sub contractor to recruit a Quantity Surveyor on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity to join a company with a great pipeline of work and also some of the best working patterns I have come across
The company in question work on some of the largest developments in Scotland and their packages can run up to £5m in value and often last in excess of a year. They are very well run and have an excellent reputation in their field.
They are willing to consider candidates from both a main and sub contracting background. They will consider all project level Quantity Surveying experience, which is reflected in the salary range. You will be well organised with great communication skills and have experience working on major projects. You will be comfortable with main contracting processes and monthly reporting.
A competitive salary is on offer, which will be in line with experience. Also please don't forget to ask about the benefits package as I haven't come across anything that gives such a good work/life balance.
