PFC Careers are delighted once again to be working with a growing FM business to recruit an Estimator on a permanent basis. The role will be full time and based in their modern offices in Glasgow.
You will be the most senior commercial contact within the business and work hand in hand with the Divisional Director, who is extremely knowledgeable and approachable.
- Conducting site surveys, scoping visits, and pricing work.
- Preparing interim applications for payment and internal valuations for specific projects.
- Being a Quantity Surveyor on selected projects, including measuring, valuing, and agreeing on work sections.
- Negotiating contracts and securing agreements with clients and subcontractors.
- Evaluating contractual implications, managing changes, and forecasting project outcomes.
