£40,000 per year Permanent | Full-Time | Hybrid (Norwich) Monday-Friday. Applicants must live within a 90‑minute commute of Norwich with minimum 3 days on site.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Conducting structured telephone, video or face‑to‑face assessments.
  • Exploring how a claimant's condition impacts their daily living.
  • Reviewing and interpreting clinical evidence.
  • Producing detailed, high‑quality written reports.
  • Applying professional judgement in line with regulatory standards.
  • Working towards quality and productivity targets.
  • Delivering assessments in a respectful, fair and reassuring manner.
