Position

As Head of HAAS, you will be accountable for the overall delivery of the HASS service – operational performance and clinical quality for LOT 4, reporting directly to the Contract Delivery Director.

This role is essential in ensuring IPRS PFAS’s contract management activities are carried out with precision, accountability, and in alignment with the strategic goals of the organisation.

As Head of HAAS you will provide leadership to the clinical operations and capacity planning function in LOT 4 whilst working closely with the PFAS Quality and Governance lead to ensure that clinical quality and compliance is achieved consistently.

Requirements

To be considered for this position it is essential to have;

  • Proven experience in senior roles managing large operations for government contracts, ideally in a health setting or service delivery environment.
  • Experience managing contracts in line with control obligations and targets.
  • An understanding and experience running programmes that deliver PIP and/or WCA services for the government.

Whilst not essential, the successful candidate may also;

  • Strong knowledge of contract management, including KPIs and volume tracking.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and drive collaborative outcomes.
  • Clinical knowledge is desirable specifically in a WCA or PIP setting.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with experience reviewing data for trends to drive performance outcomes and continuous improvement.

Other Information

Position: Full time/permanent

Location: Remote, with travel required to London, Ipswich and Birmingham adhoc to support client meetings and team meetings.

Hours: 40 hours per week Monday – Friday
