We're a small, close-knit founding team and this is one of our most important hires to date.
You'll be working directly with the founders from day one.
The role This is a broad, client-facing operational role at the heart of how PF Nexus engages with its users.
You'll be the human face of our platform for a lot of our subscribers - handling inbound queries, managing introduction feedback, running outreach campaigns, keeping our CRM clean, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
It's not a single-function role.
One day you might be handling a client query in Hub Spot, the next you're chasing introduction feedback using our in-house LLM toolset, the next you're drafting a community newsletter or helping set up an outbound campaign in Apollo.

Over time, as the business grows and we make specialist hires, the role will evolve - tasks will be handed off and new ones will take their place.
