Gloucester and Cheltenham P&F Integrated Solutions is growing and looking for reliable people to support its morning warehouse operation. This is flexible, casual work that can fit around another job, studying, childcare or other commitments. Most people work around 10 - 15 hours per week, but we can accommodate from a few regular hours upward.
The work involves helping prepare parcels and delivery rounds for the day ahead, including:
- Scanning and sorting incoming parcels
- Unloading and organising deliveries
- Preparing rounds for collection
- Keeping the warehouse clear and ready for the next day
- Working accurately to the required service standard
Most parcels weigh around 0.75kg, although you must occasionally be able to lift parcels weighing up to 20kg. Previous warehouse experience is helpful but not essential - full training will be provided.
Hours and pay:
Most work takes place between 6:00am and 10:00am, with the average working period running from approximately 7:00am to 10:00am. More hours are available for people willing to work until 13:00pm. Pay rates are:
- £10.85 per hour for ages 16 - 20
- £12.71 per hour from age 21
- £13.50 per hour when taking responsibility for warehouse coordination
Coordination includes opening or closing the warehouse, communicating with the customer and keeping rounds and driver departures organised. Payments are made every four weeks.
Work around your availability. Tell us when you’re normally available and we’ll offer work that fits. Naturally, greater availability creates more opportunities. However, reliable people who can consistently offer fewer hours are equally welcome.

- Good reliability and timekeeping

- Your own safety footwear
- The right to work in the UK
