PEXA is seeking an Operations Director to shape the next stage of its UK journey.

Reporting to the CEO and sitting on the Executive Committee, you will lead operations across PEXA, Optima Legal and Amity Law, delivering strategy, governance and performance in a regulated financial-services environment.

You will align multiple business units, manage senior teams, and transform operations to support growth, compliance and customer outcomes.
