Priorities can move quickly, teams work across traditional organisational boundaries and our leaders stay close to delivery. You’ll bring structure and clarity without creating unnecessary bureaucracy, while maintaining the discipline expected within a regulated financial-services environment.This role calls for a brilliant people leader who is also commercially sharp.
