As a Senior Business Consultant you will leverage deep industry expertise in financial services—particularly mortgage lending or conveyancing—and digital transformation to lead complex customer engagements from pre‑sales discovery through to go‑live and ongoing optimisation. You will play a pivotal role in shaping how our customers adopt the PEXA platform and broader group services, ensuring alignment to both their transformation agendas and PEXA’s strategic direction. Operating as a trusted advisor, you will frequently represent PEXA to senior customer stakeholders, industry partners and at external events. You will also act as an internal leader, driving excellence in our frameworks, methodologies and collateral to ensure they remain fit for scale.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery and scoping engagements with C‑suite and senior business and operational stakeholders.
- Deliver compelling, insight‑driven product demonstrations.
- Work with PEXA Customer and Product teams to create business cases and value propositions that align with customer needs.
- Define and lead detailed solution design activities.
- Help customers create seamless and robust solutions, shaping operating models as needed to maximise value realisation.
- Provide delivery assurance by acting as the senior liaison between customer stakeholders and internal teams.
- Drive continuous improvement and benefits realisation post go‑live.
- Influence PEXA’s product direction through insight‑driven feedback.
Key Accountabilities
- Own end‑to‑end consulting engagements with customers, ensuring exceptional quality and strategic alignment.
- Drive pre‑sales engagements, including product demos, scoping and discovery workshops, and business case creation.
- Lead detailed design workshops to understand customer processes and operating models.
- Champion continuous improvement and governance of scalable implementation frameworks.
- Provide delivery assurance and manage risks and dependencies.
- Work closely with Product team to highlight current and future needs to shape the product roadmap.
- Ensure consistent, high‑quality scope and design output to support internal knowledge sharing.
- Create trust‑based relationships with customers as a partner rather than vendor.
- Mentor and support junior team members, potentially leading cross‑disciplinary teams.
