We are looking for a detail‑oriented People Experience (PX) Administrator to join our team. This role plays a key part in providing PX administrative support across the employee lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the end‑to‑end administration of the annual background screening process, ensuring completion, compliance and a seamless employee experience.
- Act as the first point of contact for related queries, liaise with our external screening provider, track progress, maintain accurate records and escalate any issues as required.
- Support core PX operations including HR systems administration, reporting, onboarding and off‑boarding processes, employee documentation, payroll coordination and performance cycle administration.
This is a fast paced, fun and supportive environment, and the ideal candidate is comfortable working with ambiguity and change.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an HR Administrator role.
- Strong HRIS and data management capability.
- Great reporting skills using Excel.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work at pace.
- Confidence handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive, solutions‑focused approach with a continuous improvement mindset.

- Annual Leave: 25 days per year (Jan‑Dec), increasing to 27 days after 5 years, plus Bank Holidays (pro‑rata for part‑time).
