We’re looking for a detail‑oriented People Experience (PX) Administrator to join our team on a 6‑month fixed‑term contract. This role plays a key part in delivering our annual employee background screening and Good Character Attestation (GCA) project, while also providing broader PX administrative support across the employee lifecycle.
You will coordinate and manage the end‑to‑end administration of our annual background screening process, ensuring completion, compliance and a seamless employee experience. Acting as the first point of contact for related queries, you’ll liaise with our external screening provider, track progress, maintain accurate records and escalate any issues as required. Alongside this project focus, you’ll support core PX operations including HR systems administration, reporting, onboarding and off‑boarding processes, employee documentation, payroll coordination and performance cycle administration.
