We’re looking for a detail-oriented People Experience (PX) Administrator to join our team on a 6-month fixed term contract. This role plays a key part in delivering our annual employee background screening and Good Character Attestation (GCA) project, while also providing broader PX administrative support across the employee lifecycle.

You will coordinate and manage the end-to-end administration of our annual background screening process, ensuring completion, compliance and a seamless employee experience. Acting as the first point of contact for related queries, you’ll liaise with our external screening provider, track progress, maintain accurate records and escalate any issues as required.

Alongside this project focus, you’ll support core PX operations including HR systems administration, reporting, onboarding and offboarding processes, employee documentation, payroll coordination and performance cycle administration.

Here’s a snapshot of what your life at PEXA could look like:

  • Your growth: We encourage you to hit your personal and professional learning and development goals with our tailored programs and tools.
  • Your wellness: We care about your holistic wellbeing.
  • Your work/life blend: We know that work is just one aspect of your life – we want to help you create your ideal work/life blend, rather than squeezing in life around work.

This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a high-impact compliance project while gaining broad exposure across People Experience operations.
