We’re seeking a dedicated Recruitment and Retention Lead to join Peverel Court Care.
What to expect in this role
As our Recruitment and Retention Lead, you will help attract and retain exceptional talent, ensuring our residents consistently receive the highest standard of care.
Recruitment
- Lead and implement creative strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Build strong talent pipelines, reduce agency reliance, and meet recruitment targets.
- Oversee the full recruitment journey including the candidate onboarding process.
- Administer the company’s sponsorship licence and comply with immigration regulations.
- Manage systems, metrics, and advertising to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with managers, digital partners, and community networks to promote Peverel Court Care.
Retention
- Lead initiatives for employee engagement, career development, and wellbeing.
- Promote a positive workplace culture, health and wellbeing activities, and professional growth.
- Monitor and report on engagement metrics and retention rates.
- Conduct exit interviews and maintain ‘good-leavers’ records.
Other Duties
The duties listed are not exhaustive and may be varied from time to time to meet the changing needs of the business. You may be expected to undertake additional tasks as appropriate and as requested by your manager. You may be required to work at any of the locations at which the business is conducted. Working as part of the Head Office team, providing support where needed and covering for holiday or sickness.
