About the role
We are seeking a dedicated maintenance professional to play a key front‑of‑house role in a historical manor house, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for residents.
What you will do
- Maintain the building and grounds under direction of the manager or senior staff.
- Promote good working practices, ensuring a safe and secure environment.
- Report accidents promptly and follow correct procedures.
- Demonstrate outstanding time‑management, problem‑solving, organisation and prioritisation.
- Communicate confidently with residents, relatives and staff, while maintaining confidentiality.
- Exhibit a strong service mindset and flexible, can‑do attitude.
- Make decisions with strong judgement and take initiative.
Hours
20 hours per week (part‑time)

- Experience in building maintenance.
