This structured programme offers a unique opportunity for individuals to gain hands-on experience in a large HR team within the automotive industry. As a HR Graduate, you will experience 3 placements within the Stellantis Head Office HR team. During these placements you will be fully accountable for delivering results, both in day-to-day operational tasks and through contributing to key strategic projects. An opportunity to see your ideas come to life, making a real difference to the world of Stellantis. Be prepared to grow both personally and professionally. In addition to a thorough onboarding there are various supplementary activities within the programme across the 3 years which include an optional Buddy scheme, mentoring, continuous development training, Retailer week experience, work-based group project & career planning support.
