Stellantis Finance Analyst Professional Apprenticeship with CIMA/ACCA
Level 7
- £29,000 plus competitive benefit package
- Remote working, with attendance from our Coventry office once per month for team meetings
- 3-year fixed term contract
Our programme, gives you the opportunity to make a real impact in our business, including working on key projects and taking ownership for crucial work, all whilst completing your CIMA or ACCA Level 7 qualification via the apprenticeship levy.
The Qualification:
Our CIMA and ACCA qualifications are delivered by Babington, in partnership with Grant Thornton, with a blended approach of online interactive lessons & e-learning.
CIMA Qualification:
- On completion of the CIMA Professional Qualification, you will be awarded the Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) designation, recognising your value and showcasing your professionalism, business and leadership skills, ethics and commitment.
ACCA Qualification:
- On completion of the ACCA apprenticeship, you will achieve ACCA chartered certified status and the option to work towards professional membership to the ACCA.
Your journey with us
Our Finance Analyst Professional Apprenticeship, provides you with the best of both worlds. Work, alongside studying for your Level 7 ACCA or CIMA qualification. You will also receive dedicated time to study during the working week.
This role sits within the Commercial Finance team specifically the Pre-Owned business unit and responsibilities include:
- Manage the Company Car accounting process for sales and stock
- Create key reports for month end reporting
- Act as key support to Vauxhall Controller and wider Pre-Owned team during month end process performing checks, posting journals and reconciling results in liaison with third party provider
- Perform Balance Sheet Reconciliations
- Perform SOx Control checks and support team in wider monthly SOx control requirements.
- Working with Head of Employee Fleet perform administrative processes for all Retiree billing and Associate Company Billing including ensuring all direct debits for the month are loaded, approved and collected in SAP.
- Act as Lead for Employee Billing mailbox handling customer queries.
- Support Internal and External audits and SOx control testing.
- Perform other reporting monthly or as required – Tax Reporting, VAT Reporting, B2E Profitability reports, Fleet Demo Schedule.
Are you the ONE?
- Education: You have already attained a finance related degree and may have started to attain a Finance Qualification already.
- Minimum of Grade C/4 or above, in Maths and English. Or equivalent qualifications.
- Experience: You have experience working within a Finance environment, ideally with experience of a month end cycle.
- Skills: You are a self-motivated, passionate, innovative individual.
- You have excellent communication skills and would be able to build strong, collaborative, working relationships with employees and teams across the organisation and at all levels.
- You are organised and are good at absorbing information, confident in working with large sets of data, analysing problems and above all have a creative mindset.
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Office in particular Excel (Lookups, Pivot Tables, Sum ifs etc.) and Outlook.
- Experience of SAP would be an advantage.
- A full driving licence is advantageous.
