The predicted salary is between 1200 - 1800 Β£ per month.
The purpose of the role is to collaborate with other finance analysts on all aspects of Service & Tech Centre reporting, general administration, supplier invoices, rebilling, and cost control. Please note this vacancy is a 12 month FTC.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage preparation and production of Stellantis Service P&L and reporting to Central Finance
- Manage preparation and production of Technical Centre accounts along with management information and variance analysis and reporting to Commercial Finance Manager
- Support coordination, preparation, introduction, and reporting of Stellantis UK Parts and Services Internal Self - Audit and Control process
- Support control of Parts & Service Fixed cost budget lines, monthly monitoring and variance reporting at director level (monthly balance sheet reconciliations) (10.0Mβ¬)
- Support control of the P&S variable budget lines with monthly monitoring and variance reporting (110Mβ¬)
- Provide full support of month end with creation of relevant accounting journals and reconciliations
- Support Budget & Forecast preparation for Stellantis Parts & Services contracts
- Support integration of new systems and simplification initiatives
- Other ad hoc tasks and responsibilities as required
- Provide full analytical and administrative support for the preparation of Forecasts, Budgets, Monthly Profit & Loss reporting to Stellantis HQ, presentation and management information for CFO & Parts & Aftersales Directors together with ad hoc analysis & presentation as required
- Cover day to day tasks of Parts Controller in event of absence
- Regular interaction with Parts & Aftersales Operational Team and Local Senior Management
The ideal candidate will have:
- Knowledge of management accounting is required (ideally possess a professional management accounting qualification)
- An understanding of the automotive industry and particularly the aftersales division of the PSA Group would be advantageous
- Knowledge of the various aspects of the accounting function
- Ideally possess a professional qualification in Finance or working towards one
