Who We’re Looking For

You should have (or expect to achieve) at least a 2:1 in an IT related degree, plus Grade C/4 or above in Maths and English (or equivalent). A UK driving licence is helpful but not essential – just be comfortable commuting to Coventry at least twice per week. We want self‑motivated, passionate, and innovative individuals with excellent communication skills, a collaborative spirit, and a creative mindset.
