We are a multi-award winning restaurant looking for an experienced and confident restaurant and bar manager to lead our front of house team. Key responsibilities:

  • Run the day to day operations of the restaurant and bar, ensuring a seamless and high quality guest experience.
  • Manage stock levels, supplier relationships and orders to maintain quality whilst controlling costs.
  • Use KPIs, sales data and guest feedback to identify opportunities for improving performance.
  • Collaborate closely with senior management on new initiatives, experiences, offers and events.
  • Manage rota planning.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager on all weddings and events related function sheet planning and coordination.
  • Staff management: Hiring, training, and scheduling employees while fostering a positive work environment.
  • Compliance and Safety: ensuring adherence to health, safety, and licensing regulations.
