Front of House at E-street Bar and Grill and Angel Inn. Nestled in the green hills of the South Downs you will find E Street Bar and Grill located in the charming market town of Petworth. We are recruiting Front of House staff to work alongside our fantastic management team within E Street Bar and Grill, to create an exceptional guest experience from the moment they walk through the doors.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure our guests receive the highest possible standards of service at all times.
- Welcome guests in a polite and friendly manner.
- Take and deliver customer orders, providing information on daily specials or menu changes, as well as making suggestions and answering any questions.
- Assist with set up for tables and/or rooms and clear down.
Basic FOH experience is needed with a passion for extraordinary customer service and a can-do attitude is essential.
Hours: variable, based on evenings and weekends rota.
