Marketing Manager – Growth and Revenue Generation Specialist Full time, 37.5 hours per week Hybrid with main base at our Head Office in Hessle, East Yorkshire, one day from home with travel to other office locations in Kent, and London frequency 3 to 4 times a month. £45,000 – £48,000 per annum (dependant on experience). The role As part of this exciting change and next phase of our journey, we are now seeking an ambitious Marketing Manager to spearhead an aggressive growth-focused marketing strategy, with the primary goal of substantially increasing new enquiries and revenue generation. The successful candidate will be responsible for: Developing and executing a dynamic 12-month marketing plan aimed at accelerating business growth and maximising revenue potential in a B2C environment. Achieving ambitious targets for new client acquisition and existing customer engagement to drive significant revenue increases. Key objectives of the role will be to: Boost brand visibility and market penetration to substantially increase new enquiries and leads across all channels. Optimise digital and traditional marketing channels to achieve exponential growth in website traffic and conversions. Collaborate with sales and product teams to implement targeted marketing strategies that maximise customer lifetime value and repeat business.
