Are you an experienced new homes Sales Executive based in the Kilwinning area looking to move forward in your career? Pettigrew Group is pleased to be recruiting on behalf of one of the industry’s leading construction organisations, offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Executive to join their Scotland region, initially supporting a thriving development in Kilwinning. This is an excellent role for an ambitious New Home Sales Executive looking to progress their career with a respected and forward‐thinking employer.

The Role:

  • Working Thursday to Monday, the Sales Executive will provide a professional, welcoming service to all customers and prospective buyers, with the goal of achieving sales and financial targets on the allocated development and contributing to exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Supporting customers throughout the full buying journey, in person at the sales complex, by phone, and via email.
  • Maintaining ongoing communication with customers, offering updates on promotions, build progress, sales status and key milestones.
  • Ensuring follow-up procedures are completed to a high standard, responding promptly to all customer issues and enquiries.
  • Collaborating closely with the Sales Manager to secure sales, take deposits, and meet targets within company guidelines.
  • Working with third parties, including banks, solicitors and estate agents, to progress each sale smoothly through to completion.
  • Opening and maintaining the show home, ensuring the Sales Information Centre, Show Home and landscaping are immaculate, well-presented and fully compliant with branding and signage requirements.
  • You will be expected to take responsibility for your own safety and the safety of others, adhering at all times to Health, Safety.
