Job Description

Are you a Project Manager with experience running social housing refurbishment contracts?

This contractor is looking to further strengthen their site management team in order to deliver a range of retrofit contracts across Scotland throughout 2025 and beyond. Due to continued success and recent tender awards this contractor is currently looking for an experienced Project Manager with experience in retrofit / EWI works overseeing a range of key projects coming up in Dundee.

As Project Manager, you will report into a Construction Manager, typical duties can be summarised as below:

  • Management of all site activity day to day for all allocated projects (labour and sub contractor coordination).
  • Responsibility for driving the programme and delivering quality products for customers.
  • Work closely with the tenant liaison to ensure smooth access and communication with tenants.
  • Responsibility for all health and safety on sites.

Skills we are looking for in this role:

  • Commitment to delivering quality as standard.
  • Experience in the external fabric upgrading of properties, in particular roofing, external wall insulation and render systems.
  • Clear self motivation, ability to organise your own time and strong on site leadership skills.
  • Confidence dealing with a range of stakeholders including on site trades and external clients.
