We’re working with a leading contractor who is expanding their site management team. Delivering a strong pipeline ofretrofit and external wall insulation (EWI) contracts across Scotland, with immediate opportunities inDundee.
The Role:
Due to recent contract awards and ongoing success in the retrofit market, our client is seeking a hands‑onProject Managerto oversee refurbishment projects. Working onoccupied social housing properties, with a focus onexternal fabric upgrades such as roofing, EWI, and rendering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day‑to‑day site operations including labour and subcontractor coordination.
- Drive project delivery in line with programme, budget, and quality expectations.
- Ensure clear communication with tenants via the Tenant Liaison Officer.
- Uphold site health & safety standards and compliance at all times.
- Work closely with the Contracts Manager to report progress and manage project risks.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience managingretrofit or refurbishment projects, ideally involvingEWI, roofing, and render systems.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate site teams and subcontractors.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
- Confidence with multiple stakeholders, including residents, subcontractors, and client representatives.
- A commitment to delivering high‑quality results in occupied residential environments.
