Are you a Site Manager looking to join a well-known house builder on a new development? We are delighted to be working with this household name brand developer, known for building quality homes across the country.
As Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the construction site. You will drive the safe and efficient delivery of developments, ensuring programmes, budgets, and quality expectations are met. You will motivate site teams and manage subcontractors, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver positive outcomes for both the business and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Co-ordination of labour and subcontractor movements on site on a day to day basis.
- Delivery of first class quality products for customers.
- Driving the programme forward by meeting or exceeding timeline expectations.
- Maintaining Safety records and carrying out safety audits.
- Keeping safety / equipment / plant registers up to date.
- Liaising with other departments to ensure first class customer service experiences throughout walkarounds / handovers.
- Provide relevant coaching and guidance to Assistant Site Manager on site.
What we require from you:
- Extensive experience in new build homes construction.
- Understanding of health, safety and environmental legislation.
- Able to work on own initiative, with enthusiasm to drive the program.
- Ability to build relationships with sub contractors and suppliers.
- SMSTS qualification.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Valid CSCS Card.
- Strong knowledge of NHBC / Premier warranty standards.
