Are you a General Foreman with experience in new build housing and looking for a new permanent role? Pettigrew Recruitment is working alongside one of Perthshire’s most reputable housebuilders as they seek to add a General Foreman to their site team based in a rural location just north of Perth.
What the role entails:
- Coordinating construction work and resources to meet programme.
- Producing schedules and monitor attendance of sub contract trades and labour on site.
- Allocating general and daily responsibilities.
- Supervise and train workers and tradespeople.
- Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met.
- Supervise the use of machinery and equipment.
- Monitor expenditure and ensure it remains within budget.
- Resolve problems when they arise.
- Liaise regularly with management on progress and problems that occur.
