Are you a General Foreman with experience in new build housing and looking for a new permanent role? Pettigrew Recruitment is working alongside one of Perthshire’s most reputable housebuilders as they seek to add a General Foreman to their site team based in a rural location just north of Perth.

What the role entails:

  • Coordinating construction work and resources to meet programme.
  • Producing schedules and monitor attendance of sub contract trades and labour on site.
  • Allocating general and daily responsibilities.
  • Supervise and train workers and tradespeople.
  • Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met.
  • Supervise the use of machinery and equipment.
  • Monitor expenditure and ensure it remains within budget.
  • Resolve problems when they arise.
  • Liaise regularly with management on progress and problems that occur.
